Welcome to SmartPrepx. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SmartPrepx mobile application and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SmartPrepx. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.

2. Use of Services

SmartPrepx is a study aid. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.

Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to skip or bypass security features
• Scraping or extracting our study materials
• Using the App to distribute spam or malicious content
• Account sharing or selling your access to others

3. Intellectual Property

All content within SmartPrepx, including MCQs, past papers, study guides, designs, and logos, is the property of SmartPrepx or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Learning Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy to provide personalized learning insights and progress tracking.

5. Disclaimers

SmartPrepx provides study tools "as is." While we aim for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee specific exam results or the absence of errors in our technical or academic content. We are not responsible for any academic failure resulting from the use of our App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartPrepx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
